CHOAPA VALLEY

FIRST PREMIUM PISCO of Choapa Valley

FINE GRAPE SELECTION

NATIONAL PRODUCT

The Hain Ceremony was a particularly important ritual of the SELKNAM culture. Its main objective was to be male teenagers’ rite of passage into adulthood. At the ceremony, the initiates painted their bodies with different colors and wore masks to represent the spirits of their culture. Afterwards, initiates had to complete trials of gallantry, courage, and endurance to finally meet success and return to their tribes as men.

Salamanca, the land of spirits and ancestral culture, gathers the permanent energy from the sun of Choapa Valley, where Moscatel grapes are grown with delicacy until harvest. Only at that time begins the natural process that soon will bear a unique pisco in flavor and aroma.

Gran Pisco Ceremonial reveals the secrets of indigenous people that populated Chile. Through this acknowledgment of the Selknam culture and the Hain Ceremony, Gran Pisco Ceremonial aims to stand by in the most important stages of life with its unique taste, which will make us return to our roots.
